Asteroid 2005 YU55 is set between the Earth and Moon tonight, November 8, 2011.
If you are interested, and have a telescope at least 6-inches in aperture, you can track the passing rock across the northern hemisphere.
For more information and tracking data you can visit the NASA's Solar System Dynamics website. You should be able to view the asteroid over a window of a couple hours, depending on your location.
