Curiosity on its Way to Mars Dec 4th 2011, 14:39 NASA's next generation Mars rover is currently hurtling toward the red planet. With the goal of landing a human crew on the surface of Mars (perhaps even permanently) by 2030, it is vital that we gather as much information about the surface, and what lies beneath it, as possible.
